Updated technology: bar code scanner, belt automation, less human involved, auto weighting baggage with assistant staff. 

Friendliness: 

Extremely friendly staff (airlines, ground) 


Queuing: 
nice and polite people. Good vibe heading towards Christmas and summer break. 

Guidance and Direction:

Good guidance, passengers with proficient English can do all the processes without asking. 
But one notification board did not show my flight schedule when it was 10 am ( my flight is 12). Had to go down all the way from counter A to G to find the bigger one that shows up. Charging ports are not widely available.

Shopping Activities and Food & Beverages: 

Good shopping activities (cosmetics, wines), luxuries and high-end brands ( not a big fan though). Not widely available in tech, sweets, and supplement. quite limited to fast food and coffee. The domestic ter does it better.
 
Cleanliness: overall 9/10. Seating area: 10/10 (Gate 15b).
Weather: cool and sunny.
